Elastomeric Bearings – Steel Plate reinforced
Steel Plate reinforced Elastomeric Bearings are manufactured in a range of standard plan sizes. Moulds are adjustable in height, up to the limitation of stability for a given minimum plan size of bearing. Special designs using either non standard plan sizes, and / or specially fabricated moulds to customer’s requirements are available.
Granor® can manufacture elastomeric bearings up to 2000 x 2000 mm in plan, by up to 440 mm thick. We categorise these as ‘Customer’s Specials.’ Depending on bearing size and complexity tooling for specials can be expensive. We suggest you consult with Granor’s engineering staff to ascertain the optimum outcome for your special needs.
