GRANORCELL Closed Cell Neoprene Sponge Rubber has many unusual applications where good weathering resistance together with predicable compression set characteristics are required. Frequently used between pre-cast concrete panels or in formwork where a grout or watertight seal is required.
Compressibility – If a static load is applied to GRANORCELL it will continue to compress until the rubber content is essentially solid. This destroys the cellular structure of the component. Where a predicable “ gap “ is required, the addition of spacers either discrete, or continuous, are applied.
